    Though it's intended for the Winco double boiler, this is an excellent general purpose lid that works for a variety of 10" pans. Make sure to check the dimensions below to make sure it fits your pan (if not, tigerchef has plenty of other sizes available).

    It fits my TFal copper-core skillet perfectly, and I also use it with a 10" lodge cast iron pan (though it is a little large for it, it is still usable).

    +Usable on a variety of pots and pans
    +No rust stains after 1 month of use
    +From my observations, the handle does not get too hot to touch when in use on the stovetop. Exercise caution anyways though.
    -Durability. Handle attachment is done using spot welds. These are generally less durable than rivets and may fail, especially if the item is dropped. The spot welds on this item are larger in diameter than standard, and appear to be good quality though.

    +Lower cost than comparable items.
    +The walmart lids selling at this same price point aren't anywhere close to this quality (much thinner steel).
