    This lid will fit a variety of stainless steel pans - make sure to check the exact dimensions below.
    I'm using it with the Winco SSFP-11 premium fry pan (https://www.tigerchef.com/winco-ssfp-11-master-cokk-11-fry.html), for which it works perfectly. It integrates well with the skillet, leaving very little play. Not much steam escapes.

    I would have prefered a riveted handle for better durability, but the spot welds seem to be sturdy enough to hold under normal use. If dropped though, the handle may detach.

    Specs:
    Stainless steel, with a brushed finish.
    Handle attachment: 4 spot welds
    Diameter, overall: 11 1/2"
    Diameter, excluding outer rim: 10 15/16"

    Functionality: 5/5
    + no rust or stains, even after being in damp conditions over several days.
    + lightweight.
    + handle doesn't seem to get hot to the touch, but be careful anyways!
    + Oven safe.
    - handle is connected with spot welds. These are generally less durable than rivets. It should hold up fine under normal use, but there is risk of the handle detaching if dropped.

    Fit and Finish: 4/5
    + no scratches or imperfections.
    + spot welds appear to be done correctly.
    + no rough edges.

    Value: 5/5
    + Comparable stainless steel lids sell for about $20-24, about twice the price.

    My pot has an inside diameter of 11.5 In. And an outside diameter of 12 inches. Will this top work on my lobser pot. I lost the original

    This cover is designed to fit Winco pots with a diameter of 11" so it will probably not be a good match.
