Thanks to its 3-position adjustable heavy duty cast iron top grates, it also allows staff to create more or less distance between the heat and food for a more custom result.

With 80,000 BTU of heating power, this charbroiler ensures powerful heating performance and even heat distribution. Made with a durable stainless steel rugged exterior, this unit will withstand high volume use in busy commercial kitchens while its heavy duty fire box protects the interior from warping. Moreover, it is built with a stainless steel cabinet with one adjustable rack to keep ingredients and small kitchen appliances within easy reach. This radiant charbroiler also includes a drip and crumb tray and a separate oil grease tray.
