Perfect for high volume commercial settings, the Vollrath 924CG Cayenne Heavy Duty Radiant / Lava Rock Charbroiler 24" provides a highly efficient performance. Using a total of 80,000 BTU for operation, this product is designed with easy-to-use independent controls to quickly adjust its four burners. Boasting a superior stainless steel burner design, this unit ensures excellent heat distribution and fast recovery while its heavy duty cast iron radiants provide exceptional heat retention. Thanks to the narrow surfaces of its versatile grill plates, excess fat is easily dispensed, reducing smoke and flames.

The flip side features flatter, wider grill surfaces, making it ideal for cooking fish and other delicate items while the angled adaptor bar allows you to easily angle the grates away from heat for slower cooking. Built with operator safety in mind, this charbroiler features a cool-to-touch bull-nose design to protect from burns, and a heavy duty 3 mm thick back and side splashes. This unit comes with a small-width grease tray that is sized to fit into commercial dishwashers and has all-metal knobs and knob guards that protect the gas valves from damage. Thanks to its stainless steel, fully-welded construction, this radiant / lava rock charbroiler will withstand the rigors of commercial kitchens while its heavy duty adjustable legs ensure outstanding stability.
