Thanks to its Dixell digital control system, this unit delivers excellent temperature control and monitoring to preserve product freshness. Perfect for fast-paced settings, this refrigerated pizza prep table boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior and non-corrosive pre-installed epoxy-coated shelves.
