Designed with a top rail that accommodates up to (12) third-size food pans, this prep table keeps frequently used ingredients close at hand while its lift-up lid encloses the pan rail maintaining food safe temperatures. This multi-purpose prep table is also built with a refrigerated base with a side mount Embraco compressor that is easy to service and saves up to 40% in energy.
To preserve product freshness, this refrigerated table has a Dixell digital control system that effectively controls water temperature and provides precise monitoring. For quick and easy loading, this unit features three self-closing doors with recessed handles that stays up at 90° or less. Built for years of use, this pizza prep table refrigerator boasts an internal and external stainless steel construction and corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated shelves.
