This unit boasts a 140 lb. meat capacity, perfect for serving large crowds in busy food venues. Designed for high performance and consistent results, this unit operates at a 9900 watt heating power while its ceramic plate with flame adjustment and individual controls, allows staff to control the temperature from low to high.
This unit also features moveable heating elements that can be moved closer or farther away from the meat for precise cooking. For added convenience, this shawarma machine comes with a removable grease tray to catch excess oil while its stainless steel meat scoop is perfect for serving the meat. Made from high quality AISI304 stainless steel, this gyro and shawarma machine is exceptionally durable, rust resistant, and will withstand years of commercial use.
