Designed with outstanding cooking performance, this unit is engineered with 11500 watts of heating power. Perfect for high-volume food service venues, it is capable of cooking and warming up to 200 lbs. of meat at a time, providing your food venue with large quantities of meat to serve your guests.
Designed to provide users with more control over how to cook meat, this shawarma machine is equipped with individual thermostatic controls and, staff can move the heating element closer or farther away from the meat. Cleaning up is a breeze with its removable grease tray that prevents spills and catches excess grease and food particles when cooking. The included stainless steel meat scoop allows staff to easily pick up scrap meat for serving. Made of durable AISI304 stainless steel, this electric gyro and shawarma machine is rust and corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and exceptionally durable.
