For precise cooking, this gas gyro machine is equipped with individual thermostatic controls and staff can move the burners closer or farther away from the meat, giving them more control over the cooking process. For safety and sanitation, it has a burner protection mesh that keeps food off the burners while in use. Cleaning up is also a breeze thanks to a removable grease tray that prevents spills and catches excess grease and food particles when cooking. In addition, the stainless steel meat scoop (included) allows staff to easily pick up scraps of meat for making gyro wraps and sandwiches.
