Use the Eurodib DG4A Gas Gyro and Shawarma Machine 70 Lb. for making delicious gyros, shawarmas, doner kebabs and more. An excellent addition to food service venues, this unit is equipped with two double burners that use 24,000 BTU for fast cooking. For precise cooking, it features a thermostatic control from low to high and staff can move the burner closer or farther away from the meat.
This unit evenly cooks and warms between 40 to 70 lbs. of meat at a time, keeping the inside juicy and tender. Easy to clean, this gas gyro machine has a removable drip tray and grease drawer that collects food particles. This unit comes with a stainless steel scoop to conveniently serve your sliced meat. Built to last, this gas gyro and shawarma machine is built with AISI304 stainless steel that never rusts or corrodes.
