For ease of operation, it is equipped with a a digital programmable control panel with a touch screen system that saves multiple program and includes one CrisPlate anodized, non-stick cooking plate that helps speed up the cooking process. At the end of the cooking cycle, this unit beeps and the screen flashes to let staff know that the food is ready. A space-saving cooking option, this countertop electric oven has a small footprint, perfect for food trucks, catering businesses and more. If multiple ovens are purchased, an optional stacking kit is available (sold separately) to stack your fast cooking ovens for even more cooking power.
