Featuring manual controls, staff can adjust the temperatures between 100°F to 500°F while its 120-minute timer allows for precise cooking and baking times.

The interior light offers outstanding visibility so staff can easily monitor the cooking progress without needing to open the door. This convection oven comes with removable wire chrome oven racks that will withstand high temperatures without warping. To keep users safe from heat, it is designed with a reinforced door with double pane tempered glass that keeps the outer surface cool to the touch.
