Designed with a TOUCH operated digital programmable control, this oven allows staff to set up to 9 baking steps per program, controlling the humidity, temperature, and time. It also stores up to 99 programs for quick and convenient baking set up.
Perfect commercial kitchens, it has a 10-hour timer for continuous operation. When baking is done, the light flashes and the unit beeps to alert staff. For added safety, this digital convection oven has a cool-touch double wall glass door that automatically locks at the start of the cooking cycle. For years of reliable use, this full size convection oven is made from rust resistant, exceptionally durable stainless steel. It comes with four wire shelves with 2-5/8" space in between each shelf and accommodates up to four half size sheet pans (sold separately).
