    Meet your pizza production demands with the Moretti Forni AMALFI A1 Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven, 26" W x 41" D x 7" H. Designed to provide outstanding performance, this unit is heated by spiral heating elements and have rock wool heat insulation to maintain high temperatures. The refractory brick baking chamber accumulates and releases heat uniformly for even and efficient baking. Featuring a maximum operating temperature of 840°F, this oven has electronic temperature management with independent adjustment of ceiling and floor.

    A highly versatile piece of equipment, this pizza deck oven is equipped with control panels and has 20 customizable programs so you can bake a variety of foods to perfection. Thanks to its tempered glass window and halogen interior lighting, staff can view the contents of the oven throughout the baking process. Made from stainless steel, this high quality, commercial, single deck electric pizza oven is rust resistant, easy to wipe clean, and exceptionally durable.
