Meet your pizza production demands with the Moretti Forni P120E A3X Triple Deck Electric Pizza Oven, 49" W x 26" D x 7" H. Designed for high volume settings, this pizza oven accommodates up to twenty-four 12" or six 19" pizzas which bake quickly and perfectly every time. Each deck features a refractory brick baking surface that accumulates and releases heat uniformly for even and efficient baking. Featuring a maximum operating temperature of 840°F, this pizza deck oven has rock wool heat insulation that retains high heat temperatures even with frequent door openings.
For added versatility, this unit has 20 customizable programs and independent adjustments for floor and ceiling. Thanks to its tempered glass viewing window on each door, and halogen interior lighting, staff can monitor the baking process. Made from stainless steel, this professional, high capacity triple deck electric pizza oven is rust resistant and exceptionally durable.
