Whether you're baking pizzas, bread, or pastries, the Moretti Forni P110G A2X Double Deck Gas Pizza Oven 44" W x 29" D x 7" H is perfect for the job. Engineered with a baking surface made entirely of double-layer refractory brick, it accumulates and releases heat uniformly for perfectly baked goods every time. Thanks to its rock wool heat insulation, it boasts incomparable temperature retention even with frequent door openings.
This unit has a maximum heating temperature of 840°F and can accommodate up to fourteen 12" and four 18" pizzas. To easily monitor the baking process, this pizza oven has a tempered viewing glass. Exceptionally durable, this double deck gas pizza oven is made from stainless steel and has with an interior aluminate steel top and side structure.
